Insurance Carrier: Humana
State: New Mexico

Consumer Complaint:

Humana claims never received billing of 7700.00 from Mayo clinic hospital. Phoenix Arizona Mayo says have sent several but sending again past few days Humana has paid several small claims but the major pending claim has not been acknowledged.


Insurance Expert Answer:

Convenient, isn't it.....? Send copies certified mail to the claims examiner and the CEO with a polite letter.
