Numerous times tries to find a provider, no one ever heard discount insurance company. I called hospitals, clinics no one would accept because they never heard of them. Called many times the 800 number, got transferred, told to call another 800 number, to get disconnected 10 minutes in waiting. Told office mgr, asst office mgr about problems, never got to employer. When I did tell employer said she knew nothing of the problem, and had occurred by they three times more that I tried to get a discount on my eyeglasses, doctor said never heard of this provider when provider was one who sent me there. I cannot afford to give money away. Hope you may be able to help.

Call your state's insurance department and see if there is a company licensed in your state with that name. My guess is that what you bought is a so-called non-insurance "medical discount plan" that promises to give benefits and doesn't deliver.
