Recently left Healthmarkets Insurance Company, formerly known as Mega Health, and they will not pay me my $514 bonus check that was due to me two weeks ago. I left two weeks ago and this money is owed to me above and beyond regular commissions. Tried to resolve locally with JH Division and at corporate level without success.

Mega is well deservedly one of the least respected insurance companies in existence, and our website displays our prominent consumer warning against dealing with the company. A name change cannot cover the stench for long. Your matter is an employment / wage / commissions dispute, not an insurance complaint. Complain to your State's Department of Labor.
