For a workers compensation adjuster in the state of nm they must reside within the state but does the insurance carrier have to maintain an office can a wc adjuster be a full time telecommuter as long as they reside within the state of NM (lic wc adjusters)

Insurance laws are regulated by each individual state. The best way to get an answer to your question is by contacting the Department of Insurance for the State of New Mexico. They should be able to tell you whether a WC adjuster can be a telecommuter within or outside the state, whether they WC has to be licenses and answer any other indepth questions about your WC claim.
