Question 12 of 14 in Naming Beneficiaries

A family member died. I believe that this person had a life insurance policy with me as beneficiary, But I cannot find the policy. Do I need a policy in order to make a claim?


If you can provide some evidence that a life insurance policy existed and have an idea of which insurance company issued it, you should contact that insurance company to make an inquiry and determine if the policy is still in force.
