Does bodily injury liability apply to me if I suffer an injury as a pedestrian in an accident involving a car?


Yes. It pays for losses resulting from a driver’s negligence, whether you are in a vehicle or not. If a car strikes you, the driver’s bodily injury liability insurance would pay.
