Question 30 of 44 in Liability Coverages

Can I get liability insurance if I don’t have a car?

Possibly. Check with your insurance company about the availability of an umbrella policy. Umbrella policies provide an extension to the liability coverage under a homeowner’s or auto policy. In addition to providing extended liability coverage, umbrella policies also add additional types of coverage such as libel.
