Question 5 of 9 in Losing Your Insurance |
What can I do if my policy has been canceled or nonrenewed and I can’t find another insurance company that will write insurance for me? |
 |
All states have some form of assigned risk coverage for people who cannot get an insurance company to voluntarily insure them. That’s because you need insurance in order to drive. The premiums may be high, but you are guaranteed acceptance. Check with an insurance agent or ask your state insurance department about how to get assigned risk coverage. |
