Question 8 of 17 in Private Policies (Individual)

I've totally loss sight in one eye with no possibility of recovery. Is this type of loss covered?

If the loss of sight in one eye makes you disabled according to your plan's definition, then it may be covered. For example, if your policy says you are disabled when you cannot do your normal occupation and you are unable to do your normal occupation because of the loss of your eye, you should get full benefits. However, if your policy says you must be unable to perform any appropriate occupation and you are able enough for a related job, you will not be entitled to benefits.
