Non-forfeiture clause


Generally, if you stop paying premiums when they are due, you receive nothing from the company when you are in need of care. This provision may give you a reduced paid up policy that pays the original daily benefit, but only for a limited time. Alternatively, it may provide a partial refund of premiums paid.
