Question 13 of 14 in The Insurance Company

I’m up for renewal. My company won’t renew if I don’t fix my leaky roof. Can they drop me?

Yes, your insurance company can decide not to renew an insurance policy based upon the condition of your home. If you have a roof that is worn out and leaks to the extent that the insurance company does not want to renew coverage, the company has every right to decide to end its relationship with you.
