Question 42 of 42 in Overview

I haven’t been able to get a satisfactory settlement of my claim from travel insurance. Should I accept what they tell me or continue to pursue my point?

If you are sure that you have a valid point (you might ask someone you respect to review your contention and see if they agree with your interpretation) you should continue to try to get a fair hearing. Else, you can get advice from the appropriate State Insurance Department, if the policy was issued by a company that is regulated by a State Insurance Department.
