"this company had to pay out on an accident claim because their driver was doing 75mph + in a construction zone and rear ended my wife in our dodge Dakota. it totaled the Dakota as well as bending the frame of hte extera in front of her.
Their claims adjuster totally low balled the value of my truck. and they fraudulantely adjusted the mileage on my truck. a month prior to the accident i changed the oil and noted 177K in milage. when the claim was filed (after they took possesion of the truck) the milage was 188k. they also took off $500 the settlement for damage to the interior of the truck...the damage was caused by Firefighters extracting my unconcious wife. They also refused to adjust the setlemnet for custom wheels on the vehicle. as a result I had to go to the junk yard and remove the wheels or give them $1000 plus in un damaged wheels. to add insult to injury it took 18 month to the day to get the medical insurance money. we waited a month to get a rental car becaue my wife couldn't drive so there was no need. We then rented an extera they tried to say we to rent a economy car. yeah right they kill a truck and want to place you in a plastic lunch box for a rental, our lawer handled that. in the end keep in mind all this crap was done while were being represended by a lawyer. and their client was 100% at fault. Stay away from these people and pray you never get hit by one of their customers."
