"They raised my premium 25% at the semi annual renewal and stated it was out of their control because of the credit rateing service. It was a new policy when we relocated states, at a good rate. We built a new home and it came to us as a recommendation of the builders mortgage company. We had a perfect credit rating for 60 years. "
