"Had 2 accidents with my car, first one was at fault, the other one was not. Took a while for the adjustor to arrive at the repair shop for the first accident, so it delayed the repair. Anyway, I experienced no other hassles on my claim for that first accident. For the second accident, I was not at fault but went ahead and had my car repaired the same day. I received the reimbursement for the amount that I paid within a week without any problems. They are also very quick in applying the credits to my account for any changes in coverage/policies. Would recommend to my friends."

"I have had auto insurance with Mercury for over 10 years. I had one incident where I was actually at fault and they took care of everything very timely. Also, even though I was at fault my insurance premiums did not go up. The only problem I am having now is my husband passed and I only have one car on the policy. My premium when up almost $300 a year without the other car. So I am paying as much for one car that we were paying for two. I am thinking of switching to another company that will save me over $200 a year and save one half on my renters policy. This other company also has a better insurance rating."

"I have had Mercury insurance for about 8 years now and I haven't really had any issues with them. The only problems I ran into where with the "recommended" body shop I used once. But other than that I really can't complain. I have had collision and comprehensive claims and everything has turned out just fine."
