"price just keeps getting higher"

"Safeco did not provide me any information about a possibility of reducing my deductible after someone hit my car in a parkinglot. I only learned about it from the bodyshop I took my car into. I've promplty cancelled my insurance with Safeco and can't recommend it to anybody. "

"Our insurance adjustor was horrible. It took months before we got a check. She tried to low ball our contractor on every little thing. WORST insurance company ever."

"While quick to respond to initial claim report they often did not respond expiditiously when I needed authorization to start repair or discovered related damage sometime later mold which did not manifest immediately. Quick to point out what was not covered and poor customer service."
