"if u cancel early.. u have to pay a huge penalty though it states otherwise on the policy.. so not worth it"

" I switched to workmans less than 30 days ago. I paid for 6mo. coverage on the 12th of febuary with a $ 533.00check.paid in full. They ran my check on the 26th ? then did another electronic withdrawl of $533.00 on march 2nd. resulting in my being overdrawn at the bank. "

"Someone who had workmans auto insurance ran a red light and hit me on march 31st. I filed a claim the next day w/both insurance companies, mine and workmans. It is now May 13th and just now getting a reply from them. I have called them 3-4xs a week to follow up. They asked me for a copy of my service records for my vehicle, and the police report. In the meantime I was out a vehicle, and was paying for a rental out of my pocket. I will never ever get a policy with them. Quite disgusted in the way this was handled."

" I was hit by someone who had insurance with Workmens auto. It took the adjuster 2 weeks to answer the phone and then never talked to me again. I had to call other people and talk to supervisors to get any answers and even when I did they would lie. I had to pay storage and towing out of pocket and wait 2 weeks before they even sent me a check after they told me 3 different times they had sent it. THey were so un helpful and they were closed for a Lakers game one of the days. "
