"They do not care, very slow on sending help to evaluate the damage! They do not estimate true damage to what it is worth and try to throw a low check at you hoping you will take it. After all the years of paying premiums and they do me this way, but I am not the only one. My neighbors, contractors can't believe on how they did us, I would run from this company!"

" adjuster gets some fly by night company to make up his bid on your damages very slow on acting on your claim offers you a figure for your claim that insulting the government should step in and check up on this company run as fast as you can away from this company do yourself a favor pay a little more and get a good insurance company "

"They are slow to contact the customer. The adjuster is dishonest and unfair. I am being ripped off on my dedutible because I told the truth. He is charging me the higher collision deductible for damage from an object that fell from the undercarriage of a truck. There is more I could say, but in whole, this is the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company"
