"I was with AIG for about 7 years. In 2009, AIG switched my auto policy to 21st Century because 21st was a subsidiary company of AIG. I never had a accident, never made a claim, always paid the premium on time during those 7 years, and yet I received a $200 increase in the half year premium from 21st. Needless to say, I jumped ship immediately and never became a customer of 21st Century."
