"they try to wear you down on what they will pay hoping that you will finally agree because of stress and headaches!"

"when come to renew the policy they will come to collect down payment very next day. but when come to point. to pay our loss claim thy back up and come up with unknown reason to dispute to pay us back. recently we have claim for personal property for business on 3/29/2008. they have not come up with any decition. what they gona do at this time tois 4/21/2008"
