"We got in an accident where a driver ran a red light while we have an advanced left turn light. After we filed the claim, RBC had an adjuster called us within 3 hours and notifying that they will be sending an appraiser to look at the car. After the appraiser looked at the car, the car was totalled and he gave us a cheque right away with an extra week of car rental. The money that they settled was more than what the market value of the car. And the whole process was taken only 4 business days. RBC is the best. "

"They use the three D's - Delay, Deny, Defend. Unfair treatment when disabled and after paying disability insurance all my life they are dishonorable when I need them to honor the contract."
