"Dragged out claim, said it was covered, then when they found out the extent of the damage, turned around and denied it. Horrible customer service, went through several adjusters, who were not upfront or honest. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy."

"1998 letters from Secura told me I needed to replace my roof because of black spots. Roofing contractors said roof was sound - just mildew/mold on shingles. 2007 letters from Secura told me I had cracks in my driveway and that I needed to fix it. Changed companies that year"

"Anytime I disagree with the adjustors suggestions to accept a reduction in my dectible instead of replacing an item, he slows down the repair process. It took them over 30 hours to repond to my call my major wind damage to my home. They have not been forthcoming as to what my policy legitamatly provides me. I feel as though I need an attorney as a liason between them and me."
