"I put a claim on April 2008 for damages to my pool due to heavy loads of ice and snow due to winter conditions up here in Quebec Cnaada;and it them 7 months to finally send a partial payment for the damages!! The agent or adjuster was not returning my call or e-mails..I finally had to call her boss/ boss to get ans answer....This company sucks!"

"The adjuster seemed inexperienced, lacked appropriate knowledge to make decisions, felt like I have been taken advantage of, very argumentative, no respect of your feelings or what you are going through with the damage caused to your home......."

"They wanted us to combine our policies and argued that we would save money. In fact our insurance went up by four hundred dollars!
There were other ongoing minor issues. The broker always phoned us at our emergency number. We weren't allowed to pay annually, which works much better for us. We were unable to renew our home insurance for less than a year."

"Makes very poor investments. A paid up policy isn't actually paid up. Because of poor investment holdings by the company policy holders are notified that in order for the policy to be worth anything they must make quarterly premium payments for many years after paid up date. "
