"Stay away from this company.
There is no professional customer service.
It took 4 week to get an adjuster to check
about a minor claim, and the adjuster was
so unprofessional. If you have Travelors,
change the company as fast as you can."

"Claim handling is incredibly slow. I reported my claim in August and it was denied in November. They purposefully avoided my calls until I went to the top of their call center. Month after filing claim they left a message stating that a check was about to be released, then they came back over a month later to deny the claim. Beware! Do not insure via Travellers."

"I change to Travelers for a cost savings and they immediately bumped up the "replacement cost" estimates and raised the fees beyond my former fees and more then twice the cost of the homes current value!"
