"I had my first auto accident ever!!!! Cost $3500.00 to repair my car. I had no tickets no problems, ever! I am over 60 years of age and have been driving since I was 14 years old. My insuance rates went from $840 to $1800 per year after the accident. Never have an accident with them you because you will be paying for the repairs for years! What it will cost you could have paid for a new car! Nasty Company!"

"Hail damage claim not paid even though we had a rook leak after. Our local rep even told us it was because we waited too long to file claim that if we had filed it sooner they were paying all the claims then. We tried to do the right thing and make sure first."

"High hail damage in the roof in a storm, they did not recognize the claim and paid nothing.
Very rude, was like not having insurance at all."
