"I have a Adjustable Life Policy with Banner. After 23 years of payments I was just informed that the policy cost exceeded its payments (upside down?) and will terminate."

"Fortunatley, my spouse has had no reason to file a claim on my life insurance. So I connot comment on Banner's service to this point. They send me a notice once a year and I send them the check."
