"This company insured my parents when no other company would. We filed claims when they passed and they were paid promptly. This is the company that will insure anyone who is really sick. They were easy to find-- they advertise on TV! Thanks Colonial Penn"

"This is the only insurance company I deal with that gives you a live customer service person right away! When my friend died, I called Colonial Penn and talked to a claims person. My friend lived past the 2 year waiting period so we received the full benefit. I sent in the paperwork and they sent me the check in the time frame they promised."

"Colonial Penn is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. My aunt had the AARP policy through them and they had horrible customer service while she was living and even worst when she died."
