So far the plan has paid out exactly as explained and that is after a full knee replacement and later a triple bypass SX. Customer service is very helpful and easy to get a hold of. "So far all claims have been honored as advertised, but their billing and customer service are a nightmare! I have spent hours on the phone trying to straighten out simple things like my phone number, trying to talk to people who can't speak English! They said they would deduct my premiums from SS, but never did, and gave several different (conflicting) reasons why not. "Customer service is pretty much nonexistent....they transfer you around until you give up. They do not heed any corrections made to address, etc, even if you call the offices.
