"you can't speak with anyone in this country,(the US ) if you have a problem! Thus it dosen't get resolved! "

"When I was first accepted as a customer of American Progressive it was for a Medicare Supplimental insurance. At that time I paid zero dollars and this was in 2007. In 2008 they applied a $33 dollar a month premium. Now I have received the 2009 premium information and they are raising the $33 dollar a month premium to $49 dollars a month, a 48.5% increase! This increase because I live in Delaware County, New York State. There are 26 counties in New York State that will pay ZERO dollars, 15 counties that will pay $29 dollars a month, 6 counties that will pay $49 dollars a month, 1 county that will pay $69 dollars a month and 13 counties that will pay $99 dollars a month. How can increases of almost 50% in one year be legal?"

"customer service number is answered in the philipenes and they just tell you what you want to here. they have been taking out money and they are not supposed to and we cant get them to stop. keep telling us they will tell billing and nothing happens. no direct number to billing. company sucks"
