"After my Dad paying burial insurance premiums for yearsthey refuse to pay because they claim his ss does not match initial application. This company is a sham"

"My Mother passed away on March 2 2012 and I still have not received payment on a policy she paid on for years nearly 7 weeks after her death. They continue to tell me it is "in the mail". This slow payment is a burden as having to carry all burial expenses on my credit card. Process for payment should be definitely be improved."
