"No follow through, they are terible to deal with. I had my first accident and had nothing but trouble and problems from calling them to renting a car to getting car repaired at a "Blue ribbon" shop, which was terrible. No follow up, no follow through. One week repair took over 20 days - not efficient or concerned. Will not renew this year."

"Rising home owners insurance to re-coup their business losses. Homeowners insurance jumped up 400/yr, due to BS explanation of replacement cost"

"Nationwide needs to be more concern about the customers. There logo states how they are on your side, this is not true...found out by learning experiences first hand. Never, never again will I take out another policy or refer friend to this company. If friends or family ask, I will always tell and show them what happen to me. "
