Comments "Had systematic vandalism to my home and property, before and after spending over $50,000.00 in repairs. Upon filing a claim for damages the adjuster and so called Expert Engineer provided me with irroneous information that caused me to spend more money; when the vandalism continued and I found that the distruction was structural from roof to Foundation, the adjuster fell asleep while I was briefing him and then only took pictures of parts of my home that depicted no damage. Upon telephoning the adjuster and confronting him on his distortion of fact he had the audacity to get angry and submitted a form type letter that suggested I never took preventative action. The adjuster knowing that the vandalism included computer hacking that prevented me from letter writing knew I would have a problem communicating.
Then as I did check through the computer on Windsor Mount Joy, I was drawn to the fact it is only a small Company that may not even have the authority to underwrite my property insurance!" 2007-10-18 10:36:29 EST
