"Very subjective in reference to how some vehicle incident inspections are concluded per the adjusters. If a claimant disagrees with the claim outcome there appears to be a barrier within this organization for a claimant to be able to discuss further and/or escalate concerns/questions for further review/evaluation/consideration. Depending on whom the claimant is speaking with some of the personnel can be tactless and rude. It is questionable as to whether this company values a customer with integrity."

"Completely rude and unfair. The adjusters are rude mean and nasty and dispute everything on your claims. "

"had a total loss claim purchased another vehicle was quoted a premium. policy renewed a month later and premium went up by thousands of dollars on one vehicle"
