"This company is horrible. They dropped the ball on payout. They took forever to go over my claim. They gave me a non renewal and left my claim open so I cant get insurance on my home!!!!!!!"

"Western Mutual appears to offer low rates on homeowners insurance by underinsuring homes. In my case, the insured value they claimed would replace the home was only 60% of what ohter insurers claimed was necessary. I am concerned this company will not be able to honor its policies. "
