"The customer serive was very,very poor.Took 1 week for adjusters to come out to home. The adjusters that came to my home were very,very rude act as if we had commited a crime.Wanted me to wash clothes that had visible mold stains that had set in. I will tell EVERYONE I come in contact with to NEVER use this company. "

"I have had New York Central Mutual home owners, auto, and liability coverage for almost 20 years. I filed one homeowners claim and two auto claims. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the claims process. It's been 5 years since I filed a claim. I was shocked to see the other comments. Perhaps their claims handling service has gotten worse in more recent years."
