"Our home burned almost 3 months ago and the adjuster has been dragging his feet and we believe just trying to starve us out. It took 2 months for a determination t be able to start rebuilding and now we have to fight over our contents. We pay through the nose for insurance and we pay it on time but we are certainly not getting the same in return."

"My house caught on fire 11 days ago. The company is working to repair my house and progress is good so far. The problem is they don't want to give me enough money to live on in the meantime. I'm living in a cheap hotel because we had to leave the house, so we have to pay for the hotel plus buy food already prepared which is expensive and we also need clothes to wear, we can't get into our house to even look for anything worth saving. To this day we have received a check for $750.00 TOTAL!! This is just ridiculous! If this company doesn't make an effort to provide us with food and shelter and clothing very soon, I will be contacting my attorney! I am also a business owner in this community and I will make sure everyone knows what a rotten insurance company this is!!"
