"Watch your provider list. Aetna seems to only take the least educated people so they can pay less for services rendered. I want to have access to the best most educated doctors. Looks like the best ones are starting to refuse insurance. That leaves us with less educated less desirable docs."

"Web site is hard to use. The virtual assistant on line is a waste of time. Emails answers are generic and seldom answer specific questions. Their EOBs are hard to read and use too much paper."
