"In June 2006 I experienced a "broken pipe" in a bathroom which resulted in a $10,000 claim. The claim was handled professionally; however, 1 month prior to my renewal date of June 1, 2007 I received a non-renewal notice. Finding a replacement insurance company was nearly impossible with a "non-renewal notice" and a claim within one year."
