Comments "I have had a policy with this company since 1973. I called Customer Service on 7/24/07 to inquire about the net cash value available, as I was considering surrendering the policy. To this date (9/4/07), I have not received a satisfactory answer. Many promises by them to call me back have been broken and when I finally get through, they don't have an answer!!! "I had an aunt to pass in 2005 and provided everything request of me to file this claim. They have misplaced the paperwork, given me the run around and as of today 8/15/07 still have not honored the death claim. They do not get back with you and waste a lot of your time staying on the line and still not resolving anything. Today I've held on the line over an hour. . . with not results!!! Please don't use this company.
