"My first insurance agent didn't know how to take a payment and never bothered to view the mobile home before writing the policy. I traded agents but the second agent never did the paperwork properly. I made several calls to the second agent and American Modern to make sure the Agent had been changed. They assured me it had but several months later it was back to the first incompetent Agent. American Modern was owned by "The Midland Group" this company was then purchased by "Munich-American Holding Corporation" before April 3rd 2008. Today (March 10 2009) as I am typing this AMERICAN MODERN STILL SHOWS THE MIDLAND GROUP AS IT'S CURRENT OWNER. The webpage still goes blank when you try and follow the link.
