Comments "They sent me a statement and I sent them a check, a few days latter they sent me a past due notice and a notice of non coverage. when I called them I was told that my coverage was cancelled until I paied the premimum so paied the premimum over the phone with my credit card. according to my bank statement the check arrived the same day as my credit card payment. I was told at the time of the credit card payment, if the check arrived they would refund one of the payments.
