"Even in the year 2008, this company does not have a website capable of receiving payments from policy holders. They claim to send out billing notices via Postal Mail, but that was sporadic at best, and certainly NOT done in a timely manner. What their Sales Reps say on the phone and what the facts are equal two different realities. Received a notice of expiration of my policy 2 days AFTER it had expired!
