"They sent me a statement and I sent them a check, a few days latter they sent me a past due notice and a notice of non coverage. when I called them I was told that my coverage was cancelled until I paied the premimum so paied the premimum over the phone with my credit card. according to my bank statement the check arrived the same day as my credit card payment. I was told at the time of the credit card payment, if the check arrived they would refund one of the payments. It has been about sixty days and dispite two phone calls I have not received a refund for the double payment,and have been given the run around story that the check was mailed."

"They denied our claim...adjuster went to wrong house...refused to speak with us...had to seek legal help...we win they appeal...THEY WILL SCREW YOU IN YOUR TIME OF NEED!"

"Filing a claim and getting claim paid has been the worst experience ever. No one plans on having to make a claim but when it happens, the last thing you need to deal with is a company that is unresponsive and treats you like a criminal!"
