Review: United American

"United American Insurance agent changed my paper work to the higher rate w/o my knowledge. I complained to my agents boss who directed me to the corporate office. The Corp office people decided that I have to go re-apply for the lower, cheaper rate. Why do I have to re-apply for the lower insurance? It makes no sense. My insurance was canceled about a year ago, but now that it is 2011 they start charging again. Now I have to fill out and affidavit at my bank to make them stop. Only a masochist would use use their pseudo insurance. Stay away from these thieves !!!"

"Mickey Mouse Insurance company that will do anything to weasle out paying claims. After being told by the sales person that we would be covered 80/20 on any required surgery the insurance company put a cap of $2000. Crooks!"
