"Farm Bureau tends to include items in my homeowners coverage which I either don't have or don't need. Also, they do not explain to me why my premiums increase. I realize it is my responsibility to read the policies and I do. However, I would appreciate if my agent would contact me prior to the increase and take the time to explain why."
