"I have a chronic illness that has made it impossible for me to work. When I first submitted my disability paperwork to Reliance they approved me. I then applied to Social Security, and was approved the first time I applied (without any legal counsel helping my case). That should say something about my condition.
Now, two years later, Reliance has suddenly determined that my disability no longer meets their definition and are trying to cut off their payments.
It is my opinion that they (Reliance Standard), have questionable business ethics, at best."
