"Home Office called as soon as I filed a claim and began asking questions that made me think they would try to get out of paying damage. Insurance adjuster only wants to pay half of estimate to completley redo very large bathroom, It's not settled yet. First adjuster says everything is fine. "No Problem" My bottom line will be what you have on your estimate." Next day, he calls and can only provide for half of our estimate cost. What's up here? "

"I've been on a quarterly payment plan since I started with this company a few years back.
Now suddenly they want to put me on a eight week payment plan, because they said that we underpaid them.
I never received one notice of a rate increase and the company which I got the Homeowners insurance through, said they showed no record of ever being sent a notice of a policy change.
Now this company wants to charge me a pretty hefty rate increase to "catch up" on the so called late payments I never knew I had.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
