"THE AGENTS CAN'T ANSWER OR ADVISE YOU ON YOUR QUESTIONS. THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE SELLING YOU IT IS A COMPUTER BASED WRITTEN PROGRAM WITH A BASIC PROFILED PROTOCOL FOR EACH PERSON. WOW, I PUT IN CASH SURRENDER ON ONE OF MY POLICIES ON 09/29/08 AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY MONIES, I CANCELLED THAT POLICY TO STOP AUTO DRAFT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AND GUESS WHAT IT CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME MY MONEY THAT WAS ERRONEOUSLY WITHDRAWN "
