"My 97 Dodge Dakota had an electrical fire and burned up in my driveway. The fire department provided me with the proper reports and showed that it was electrical through no fault of myown. I filed my claim right away, they sent an adjuster out that weekend and he declared it a total loss.
They sent out the total loss paper work which I filled out, had notorized and sent in (4 different times) Each time they said it was either lost or misplaced. They never contacted my bank about payment and they keep delaying payment causing me further hardship than I already had from the loss of the truck. I would rather drive with no licance, tag or insurance than ever use this company again. "

"I was in a hit and run accident this year. I had rear end damage to my vehicle as well as a damaged front rim. They claim that there was no way that the damage to the front rim had anything to do with the accident. Also they attempted to deny replacing my bumper until the repair shop spoke with them"

"The rates are tooooo high even if you are a good driver.My rates have never come down since i've had the insurance.You get no good driver rewards with this co.If you are late with your payment they charge you $15.00.I wouldn't recommend them to anyone"

"I have been involved in the automobile claims service for over 22 years. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They do not return phone calls but document their files that they do. It doesn't matter if you are the insured or if you have a claim against them, they are not looking out for your own best interest. If you are insured with them and their is a claim against you, please get a private attorney because their lack of attention to the claim and what I feel is dishonesty will open you up to a law suite being filed against you."
