"When you have had an accident they are extremely slow in responding. If your car is not driveable, they only provide a rental for the time that your car is being fixed, so you spend three weeks waiting for adjusters, etc... until you get a car and then they only allow for $20 / day. Also you have to pay for the rental first and then wait for them to reimburse you. This is a cheap company that works hard not to pay legitimate claims."

"The thing I did not like was the rental policy. You have to pay for the rental out of pocket, then send the bill to the adjustor and wait to be reimbursted. Another problem, is if you car is a complete total, it gets transferred to another adjustor and once contacted by this adjustor you only have 24 hrs. to return rental "
