"Unicare is the poorest excuse for a health insurance company you can imagine. You are insured by these people only in your imagination. I have personal experience with them that can only be described as horrifying.
Recently it was pointed out that Senator Max Baucus secretary came from Wellpoint, the parent company of Unicare. Are we in for a fleecing by the insurance industry? I think so."

"Both my husband and myself have had more than one claim denied because the insurance company claimed that tht particular doctor was out of network-well, guess what, the doctors were not out of network in all cases when we checked. We then had to call back several times until the company admitted that the doctors were not out of network and they had no reason to deny the claim. The insurance company systematically lies so that they do not have to pay your medical bills. This is a disgraceful company. I have to make lengthy phone calls any time I want to see a doctor. Horrible."
