"They do not reimburse in a timely manner and they are not very empathetic. When you are going through health crisises it is better having someone helping you EMPATHETICALLY & COMPASSIONATELY and they do not really seem to care.
However, maybe that's too high of an expectation from my standpoint."

"This company changes monthly as to who is accepted on their list of Doctors and facilities. Their website is hard to find. Many Doctors and clinics do not recognize this company."
