Adjuster was beyond belief in level of misleading remarks, deceptive actions, manipulation of factors, misinterpretation of policy, and denial of payments.
Adjuster ignored policy which states that there would be replacement when there was no way to repair the damage.
Adjuster told homeowner to take hotel for temporary housing and denied any payments for over 6 months. Adjuster refused any payment re-embursement for hotel."
